‘Wonder Woman’ Sequel Possible, Says Zack Snyder
Here is good news for the fans of “Wonder Woman” as Zack Snyder has dropped hints that a sequel for the movie might be in the offing as Warner Bros. is currently working on the idea.
The upcoming movie, “Wonder Woman” might have a sequel on the cards, atleast that is what Zack Snyder has hinted. However, it is not known whether, Patty Jenkins would be directing the sequel.
The first movie, “Wonder Woman” is slated for a release in a month’s time and reports about it’s sequel is already doing the rounds. As per reports from Screen Rant, it was at the Shanghai premiere that Snyder revealed that Warner Bros. is considering a sequel and planning is also being done.
It is worth mentioning here that the trailer of “Wonder Woman” has earned good reviews. And, the revelation that the movie might have a sequel too, has upped the level of excitement amongst the fans of the female superhero. It is also being expected that the upcoming movie will be a commercial success and will give that breakthrough to DC Universe that it wants to achieve, Slash Film reported.
Apart from the small bit of news about “Wonder Woman” sequel, Snyder has not revealed any other detail. It is also not confirmed whether Patty Jenkins will don the director’s hat once again for the sequel.
Notably, Jenkins had expressed in the past that she would love to be a part of a “Wonder Woman” sequel if it ever happens and also revealed that she has great plans for the female superhero.
The trailer of “Wonder Woman” had earned fab reviews from both the audience and the critics and now if things go well for Jenkins and Warner Bros. she might be back as the director of “Wonder Woman” sequel.
“Wonder Woman” is slated for a June 2 release.
