‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 7 To Have Ed Sheeran In Guest Appearance Alongside Maisie Williams
Ed Sheeran is all set to make a cameo in the upcoming “Game of Thrones” Season 7.
“Game of Thrones” Season 7 will have Ed Sheeran making a guest appearance. He will be seen alongside Arya, played by Maisie Williams. However, his presence on screen will be for a very short time.
According to reports from Screen Crush Ed Sheeran has himself revealed about his cameo in the upcoming “Game of Thrones” Season 7. Moreover, he will also sing a song during his short stint in the popular HBO series and Arya will be seen appreciating his voice.
The singer further revealed that his presence on the show will be for about five minutes. But he is happy since he his character will not die. It must be mentioned here that “Game of Thrones” is popular for having characters killed and in the most aweful way. But, since Ed Sheeran’s character will survive, the singer is pretty happy. He has also admitted that it was Gary Lightbody, from the band, “Snow Patrol” who inspired him to join the show. Notable, Gary Lightbody was seen playing a small role in Episode 3 of “Game of Thrones” Season 3 in 2012.
However, Ed Sheeran has not divulged any further details regarding his cameo in “Game of Thrones” Season 7. The singer has neither revealed any details about his character nor about the song that he will be singing in the show. So, it remains to be seen how things take shape for him in the show and also for Maisie Williams, who is a big fan of the singer.
The upcoming “Game of Thrones” Season 7 will premiere on July 16, on HBO.
